My morning ritual

As a late 40s dude who has pretty much maintained the same BMI since high school, I have a routine and I stick to it. Eggs. Every single day. I eat eggs. Thank goodness for Costco because I go usually eat about 4-5 eggs every morning. Fried up with butter. I went years thinking that eggs were the enemy. But, research has shown that they’re not bad for you at all. Some will argue, “Aren’t you worried about cholesterol?” No, I’m not. I want my brain to function properly and cholesterol helps with that. So quit being a bitch and eat your eggs. Doctors don’t know everything. In fact, most doctor’s don’t know shit about eating healthy.
